Windows Vista Roller Coaster Dreamscene Movie!!!Hi all,
I'm an avid user of Windows Vista Ultimate, and the new dreamscene feature allows you to use videos as your backdrop.
Did a little searching today and found a short looped roller coaster vid. Its wicked, my backdrop is a roller coaster ride....how coool is that!
I can put the file up on a server for a short while if peeps want it, or point you guys to the torrent link.

Sounds Awsome! I'm building a computer for me very soon and I'm gonna install vista. But wouldn't this slow your pc down?

Depends on the spec, I have seen it running happly on a medium spec PC such as a Dual Core with a 7xxx series Geforce card, but really if your building a system spend a little more and get an entry level 8800GTS. It is well worth it, and improves gaming allot. Matter of fact I will hold fire on a descent CPU and get the graphics card if I was upgrading now.
As long as your motherboard can take a PCI Express graphics card and Core 2 Duos then it's ok.
There's some new Quad Cores due out at the end of the year which is why the cpu in mine is an entry level core 2 duo at the moment.
My spec:-
Shuttle SD37P2 V2
3Gb DDR2 667MHz OCZ Premium
Core 2 Duo E6300 (1.86Ghz but I can overclock it to 2.30Ghz)
1 x 320Gb Seagate SATAII 300Gbps (System Drive)
1 x 500Gb Seagate SATAII 300Gbps (DVDs and Movies as I run Media Center)
Inno3D Geforce 8800GTS 320Mb PCI-Express
Windows Vista Ultimate 32Bit (I was a beta tester)
You'll need to use the very latest beta drivers for the 8800 from Nvidia to get good gaming performance, and stable windows. Most of the flakey crashes I got during games in the early days of using Vista were mainly down to the Nvidia drivers, but thankfully MOST of the issues are fixed.
I still get some crashes in Company of Hereos, but not often.
