Here you go dippeggs, this is NOT my site, i DO however have surfingozs' permission to use it (I talk to him all the time)

Enjoy, and if you have any questions, go to his site, and print out every one of his tutorials, I did!, or just ask me, I don't know as much as he does, but enough to get you started and then a little more!
